background; ⇔ Not much is known about Tetora's origins. Theorized to be the young clone of the original body housing the personalities of Shinji and Amamiya, Tetora came on the scene in his canon declaring he was Shinji, confusing people familiar with the original. Created by an organization outside of the governments of the world, yet directly associated with them, Tetora was part of a project designed to recreate the perfect killer, Lucy Monostone. However, due to the Shinji personality inside of Tetora, his independence has severed his loyalties to this organization (and allows him to refuse loyalty to the organization opposing them but with the same objective).

When Tetora originally came into the story, he looked about the age of 11-12 years old, and the Shinji personality was unchecked in his body. He was a killer through and through, only in it for fun. When taken in by either organization, he had to be bound by straight jacket, muzzle and drugs to keep him from killing someone. At this age, it was discovered he had the ability to basically hijack other bodies marked with the barcode on their eyes that's trademark to the series.

When Tetora came into owning the personality of Amamiya Kazuhiko, his personality leveled off--and, in a sense, became more dangerous. For a while, he was under the drug-control of the Gakuzo organization until he was severed from the drugs he was addicted to, allowing him the opportunity to escape. From that point on, Tetora has seemingly been on a personal mission to destroy the organizations responsible for the entire conflict surrounding the MPD Psycho series. He carries the memories of both Nishizono Shinji and Amamiya Kazuhiko inside of him. As the series rolls on, he's shown to have a number of interesting abilities as shown below. But the most important thing to remember is that Tetora is, in the end, completely human.


abilities; ⇔ Body hijacking: the ability to port his personality, or any personality inside of him, into another living creature barcoded by the organizations. This is like file transfer. The way it works almost looks like demonic possession.
        Downside: When he brings the personality leant back into him, he gains a piece of the other person's personality as well. This acts something like a corrupted file in a computer, and causes unhealthy conflicts in his personality. He's been told to regulate how often he does this. (He will need future help for this in-game.)

False Personality Transfer: everyone in this fucking series is after the Amamiya Kazuhiko personality Tetora hides inside of him. He made a promise to keep this safe, so on the times that he's put in a situation that he's demanded to surrender the Amamiya personality, he's developed a way to create false personalities that will ultimately kill the receiving party. Think of it as a computer virus.
        Downside: This particular ability has no immediate drawback to Tetora, other than the fact that he fucking killed someone.

Hypnosis: Learned from one Lucy Monostone's relatives, there's no real explanation given in the series on how this works. But what it does is allow a momentary stint of hypnosis to allow people to think they're seeing someone other than Tetora. This has allowed Tetora to enter political meetings to commit assassinations.
        Downside: It's temporary and doesn't work on everyone. When he was walking into that political meeting, he was captured by news cameras and some people saw him as another politician, some saw him as some kid.

Due to Tetora's brain having the memories of at least two adult men, and being an engineered body created for this 'ultimate killer rebirth' project, Tetora has combat knowledge beyond most people and is not afraid to use it. But, again, he's just mortal, and in the end? He's a young teenaged boy, so it's not like he has strength on his side, only tactic (which serves him very well).

personality; ⇔ Growing older and now mellowed out from how he was due to Amamiya Kazuhiko being introduced to him, Tetora actually can seem pretty damn bland. He's focused on his personal mission, but isn't socially retarded. He comes off more as an anti-hero the further the storyline goes. Both adult personalities inside of him are smartasses, and with them together, they mediate him into the individual he is in Desai.

If the Shinji personality comes out in a raw form, he's loud and obnoxious and quite literally sociopathic. He has no problem killing for fun, it seems, and he literally has no restraints on how cruel he is. The Amamiya personality is mature and focused, but has only come out in raw form once, so how this one overall affects Tetora is unknown in canon and can only be assumed. When Tetora's personality comes out by itself without absolutely any other personalities affecting it, he becomes shy and submissive and scared. It's quite sad D: This only happens when he hijacks a body, because Amamiya is usually tucked away for the most part with less involvement than the Shinji personality.

He also has Shinji's taste in fashion.

exact point pulling from; Tetora has just finished what can only be described as a terrorist attack on the building belonging to one of the 'upper elite' causing so many problems. He gave a bag full of explosives to a trusting security officer on the top floor, who was like o hay, a kid, and left. When it detonated, the glass windows shattered outward and began to rain shards down on the workers (and consequently, said elite) of the building, killing most everyone. And right in the middle of a man down below threatening to below HIMSELF up after shooting the politician Tetora was after, too. So complicated DX
